The 4 sections to fill

• 1Project Basics — client/brand, product, event type, objective.
• 2Venue & Schedule — where, how big, when, how many days.
• 3Audience & Brand — who it's for, the key message/USP, and — best of all — upload the client's brand guideline PDF (once per client, reused every time).
• 4Experience & Budget — what the client wants on the floor (tick any, or type your own), budget range, named talent.

Tips for a great draft

• ★Fields marked * are the must-asks — draft quality tracks these.
• ★Upload the brand guideline in section 3 if the client has one — it makes the brand voice far more accurate.
• ★Not sure on a field? Put your best note — the team can refine.
